Colfax Record: Editorial Staff
Photographer Michael Kirby
Michael Kirby is a 27 year Auburn area resident, self employed owner of Timberline Sign Center in Auburn, a recently aquired his real estate licence, but his passion since high school is and always will be photography. He has freelanced for the Auburn Journal and the Colfax Record as a photographer for about nine years. Though he enjoys all phases of photojournalism, his favorite is sports photography. Michael has two children, Alan 21 and Skyler 18, both graduates of Colfax High School. He has a long time girlfriend, Kathy, without whose support he could not do what he does.
